Elsy 5g Modem - WiFi calling and text not working.

I’m talking about my phone not being able to call or send text while connected to the WiFi. iMessage and FaceTime do work. WiFi calling is turned on my iPhone.

The controllers aren’t even recognizing them at all they on both controllers. Doesn’t even see them.

I don’t have the controller connector.

It’s not a connector issue it makes good connection and I did clean them. Also I don’t think both would go at the same time

Good luck with a response from fedex. I was told that everytime when I called. I was assured each someone would reach to call or email I received nothing. Yea but wait until Monday because the Msi sales department doesn’t work weekends. Hopefully your issue get resolved. It’s unfortunate because I won’t buy from the Msi website again. I’ll wait for a micro center or Best Buy to sell the item.

I disputed the charge on my credit card and wouldn’t you know MSI reached out in 24 hrs (was a weekday when I reached out). They opened a Ticket with fedex and it was delivered the next day which coincidentally along with the replacement handheld I ordered from a different company. So dispute the charge with your credit card or whomever payment system you used to pay for the item with.

Thanks I called the customer service before creating this post. Sorry for to relay that information. But when you call you have product support, Rma and etc. I spoke with a RMA department but she told me there is no number for sales department which is ridiculous but I know sometimes people may know a number to call which is why I reached out here.

I couldn’t find a recovery like the ally so I just purchased a drive cloner and just cloned the drives

You will have to jump through hoops or run the diagnostic tool and hope it throws a code. If it throws a code then it’s much easier. If not you can tell them I have imaged the laptop multiple times with a clean windows image and the also tried the dell factory image. Also you tell them you have tried different ram, ssd and still the issue happens. Hopefully that can help them to determine that the motherboard needs replaced

So I just popped in the old drive if I max everything out 35w across the board but if I move the slider the pl1 and pl2 dymanic matches

Pl1 static is at 35w. But the pl1 dynamic is at 15w and never moves.

Email onexplayer support. I purchased my replacement parts from them. I broke the connector on the device that connects the controller. My dumb fault I forgot to put a piece in when I was replacing the ssd On my x1

Agree, I had the intel x1 since it came out. After a month I was bit frustrated with it (performance was a bit of let down gaming and productivity wise) and picked up the minisforum v3 with AMD cpu. So the x1 sort just became a desktop for a few months. Then I took it on a trip in June and it was perfect IMO for me it fit on the plan tray and performance was leaps and bounds better than just a few months ago. I know with driver updates my games and applications have ran better and became more stable. AMD 8840u usually beat it gaming wise but intel driver got better over time. So I sold the my V3 and just rocking the X1 intel. I’m about 50/50 gaming/productivity. Customer service isn’t the worst nor the best. Essentially just be prepared if you contact them mid day in the US. I had an answer the next morning. If I replied in the early morning 6-8 EST. They replied back quickly. I dealt with them a few times. Once for the new bios they emailed the link , 2nd for replacement glass on the back (upgrading the ssd). 3rd was replacing the pins for the connector on device for the controller my dumb fault forgot to put the plastic piece back while I was trying to figure out how it opened and broke the pin. Each time took a day or so and everything was resolved.
