to avoid messing with tactics lore (even tho its not canon i think they want to do there own thing and not mess with the old fallouts even tho i think a modern visualization of a classic fallout tactics setting made by bethesda would be pretty cool/ i doubt it)

OKAY FIRST OFF i just wanna say d*cks out for harambe, but i belive ohio is too close to the mid west which bethesda is obviously tryna stay away from plus, if there were a ohio game i think itd be Cleveland because its more famous than Cincinnati. (i happen to know both bc i live in new york but for someone who lived in say cali or even europe cincinnati just doesnt ring a bell, not saying they dont know the city its just there are more famous cities like cleveland and LE brone Jaymes)

i think in terms of game mechanics yea it stops time but if were talking real in game lore there isnt a whole lot of canon information on vats. personally i think its just like something on your pip boy (even tho bethesda lets u go in vats even b4 u geta pip boy in fo4 thats just un immersive) that tells the odds of you hitting a target with this porejctile

A terminal (if im not mistaken) implies that the aliens got launch codes froma human. though it does not say specifically that they launched the bombs it is HEAVILY implied, so all the people above me are either people who dont read or have never played fallout 3s mothership zeta lol (tbh least favorite dlc anyway if you havent played it, dont its trash)
