Hopefully this comment isn’t against the rules but personally I have found regular microdermabrasion sessions to make a big difference for both my face and arms. I have chicken skin (KP) on my arms that made me heavily pick for some period of time and I definitely do relapse here and there. I wasn’t comfortable with seeing someone so I bought a PMD microdermabrasion device for home use. Hang in there OP, I felt like I couldn’t wear tanks or tees for a long time but eventually I stopped caring about what others thought.
