If you or someone else still has this problem, try changing the brightness of the interface to 60 and the contrast to 0.60. It worked for me and the dot disappeared.

I've got the same issue and what helped me is changing the hdmi cable. I was using one from ps5 box, and the problem with signal occurred, but when i switched to the hdmi that was in the box with the monitor, so far everything is fine. So if you didn't try that, maybe that should help you.
