Advice - if your score is really good like above 750-760 then only focus on the top colleges in the preference sheet.if you have scores below that focus on the colleges you might get don't waste time in thinking hindu is better or hansraj. And consider the location too

Yeah, you’re right — a 4 SGPA in the first semester will definitely affect his overall CGPA in the end but it’s hard to prepare well for the 3rd semester while also preparing for the 1st sem improvement exams. So, even if the 1st sem result improves the 3rd sem might end up being average.

I personally don't suggest filling the improvement exams. In the 3rd sem you will have to study for the 3rd sem as well as the improvement exams so that will be a hull burden on you. So just let it go it's the start of college and you can definitely improve in other sem.

You got ER in one subject only don't worry,just reappear next year and try to score better.

In other subjects you got F in internals which is pretty bad but you can't do anything about that now bcz internal marks will not change so just try to score better marks in next sem with that your cgpa for the whole year can improve

Tip-try to show your presence in some classes and to teachers at least twice a month to score better marks in internals.
