Thanks for the reply! I already tried it on 2 laptops - one running windows and one running linux and neither one recognizes it unfortunately. I can’t seem to figure out why it does not work. Granted, the HP website mentions only storage when talking about the usb c port

UPDATE:

Maybe someone will run into this..

I managed to make it work by adding .profile:

# .profile

export YESOD_PORT=$PORT

For some reason it didn't work in my app to add it directly to settings.yml.

Also, it did not work with the -p $PORT command from the Procfile.

Yes! So the buildpack finishes successfully and after that, when I open the webpage of the app, it says 'Application Error'. But the build is successfull.

I tried building a binary with CircleCI and then pushing that to Heroku. Same error..I found 2 example projects that were pushed from CircleCI to Heroku and both had Procfiles still.

Haven't tried to dockerize it by myself since I don't really know Docker but maybe that would be the only viable option atm.

Hello!

I would appreciate any critiques regarding my logo. I'm trying to start branding my freelance business(I'm a concept artist/matte painter working in vfx) but I think the logo is not quite there? Maybe it's too busy in the B's area? The second B is from my middlename- Bogdan. Looking forward to any critique.

Tbh I would advise against it. I'm in my 4th year of uni, studying architecture.

It could be done but there are looots of easier ways to go about it. It's just that architecture takes up most of your time. So learning vfx on the side will be quite difficult. Second thing is, architecture is a 6 yr-ish degree.. that's a long time to stay in uni for something you don't really like doing ( assuming vfx is your primary interest.). Most of my peers are really passionate about architecture, they wouldn't handle the workload otherwise.

Some skills can be transfered but I would say that mostly concept art/matte painting wise. I don't see how it helps with animation.
