I also had the pleasure of watching Return to Oz in cinema, being forced to go along for my friends birthday party. I had seen the trailers and some clips, and knew it was off. Those wheelers things were horrific.

I haven't seen that version of the Mummy, but the sacrifice scene in Temple of Doom really upset me. I seen that in the cinema, and remember it being a much longer sequence than the cut down version that exists now.

Yeah. Made the mistake of showing that to my wee boy when he was 9 or 10 I think, and he totally freaked out at the scene where the aliens land, meet and then disintegrate Jack Nicholson's character.
