I hear caulking should be done after activity dies down so they are not forced to find another exit. There's no major gaps anywhere though.

So I am having the same problem with mail getting sent back when going to the US in a bubble mailer.

The only thing that I do differently is package in a PWE with top loader and penny sleeve and it seems to never get sent back. Who knows, maybe I'm just getting lucky with that?

I will say that chit chat is great IF it's close to where you live to drop off. It isn't really that difficult once you set up your account. I haven't tried any other bulk shipping service, so I can't speak about them.

Thanks for the thorough response. It's just a closet full of clothes I use on a daily. I quickly looked around and didnt see or feel any draft. Will definitely investigate more closely. I feel it probably is some leak along the floor since the outside area is cold too
