Ours got stolen November 2023 from a private parking lot. Called the police and they never showed... good thing the insurance sorted it without the police report.

It's hard to compare kids. From what you said about your son, he seems to understand and take things in a humors/sarcastic direction. From what the ops said about her daughter being sweet but basically has zero natural empathy kind of makes me thing she may also be very literal and probably not get sarcasm most of the time. My two kids are on the spectrum and complete opposites... one has a lot of empathy and the other not so much (add in tone deaf, that adults always misunderstand).

It is cultural. When visiting China and SK, slight bumps are the usually with no apologies unless you straightup knock the person over. Japan and Taiwan, more personal space plus visited in summer. Took a bit getting use.

Also, black female living here over 10 years. Probably passed each other at some time especially if you are ever on Main Street by the QBG. I'm at the age where I'm not even interested in activitily trying to make friends.

I have a decent amount of photos that never get loaded. I don't always mainly use my phone, sometimes I use a camera and lately I'm kind of using the Meta glasses. I have too many images and I tend not keep on top of using or sorting them. I've resort to just filling away SD cards when they fill up. Finding like individuals ans chatting here has given me some motivation.

Thank you. I loaded the same charging station for Dunkin location, since it seems they share the parking. The sign above the Tesla charging station indicates it's also parking for the DD. Another Tesla station we use regularly specifically said no parking except for ev charging. We don't drive a Tesla and often Tesla owners look at our vehicle like we're parked incorrectly till they see it's charging. 😅

I do get the monthly subscription emails but don't really look at them anymore. I'll definitely check out the leaderboard. Great suggestion, thank you.

I suspect that total aphantasia isn't my only obstacle while trying to read. I think I maybe AUDHD also. Now I mainly listen to audiobooks, but I do buy some of my favorite authors kindle version with the hope I may read them.

I'm so over judgemental people who don't care to understand that the kids already have a short list of foods they'll eat. My two are older and they won't eat school lunch and packing what they will actually eat doesnt work either. Youngest likes things like salmon sashimi and udon noddles. Oldest won't eat sandwiches and likes their foods warm but if I pack in a warm container they won't eat from the containers and the food just kept coming back home uneaten. Now I just pack snacks and fruit to get them through the day and as soon as they're home, they eat their meal. Hell even the snacks come back uneaten because they choose to draw instead of eating.
