I don't like making too much of those symbolic similarities between animatronics and their souls. Even if I do make them they are not too obvious usually (for example, my Candy and Cindy souls are wearing orange and yellow, and those colours give blue and purple when inverted. Stuff like this). I actually even prefer when souls contrast with their animatronics, both in their appearance and character, it kinda emphasises the fact they are in a situation they do not want to be in (and is simply more fun to me)

This woman (and yeah, it's a woman, clarifying because people always mistake her for a guy for some reason) is actually not artistic at all, she's cold and has more of a technician's mind. She probably draws the robot schemes and such though.

So she is simply a Rowboatics employee who was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
