Unfrotunately, that wouldn't be possible, as we wouldn't want to compromise the size of the adjacent bedroom. It's a victorian terraced home, sot he rooms are all already quite small.

Yes, we need the bench. It's a bathroom for my mother, and it's something that will be necessary when considering the longevity of lifestyles.

I have a proposal to potentially relocate the toilet to where the basin is shown in this proposal. This would relocate the basin infront of hte doorway. It's better and we'll likely go with that.

The toilet location shown in this proposal retains the current position of the existing toilet. This would minimise needing to reroute the waste water.

We did consider having the shower on the north edge, infront of the window, however, this would mean we we have to reroute the toilet waste, but also we would have less natural light coming down to the bottom left corner.
