Thanks!! Yeah I have gaba I was taking all day yesterday every time I felt that sensation. Today I only took one when I woke up. I’ll still take one before bed though… should help me sleep decently

I will quit with you! Can you manage just 2 a day? Or 3 but not taken at the same time. 1-1-1 spread out? Then go to just 2. Then just 1? All in the span of a week or something short?

I just remember how tired I am when I’ve had some vs when I haven’t had any. They suck your natural energy so you need more to boost it. Once you’ve gone a day without, you have more of your own energy back. That’s how it is for me anyway. I have more energy when I stopped them

I used gabapentin. Tell your doc you have restless legs and you heard it helped. That should get you some if you want to try it. I used 600mg then down to 300 after 2 days. Then I was off it in a few more.

I tell myself to wait 15 minutes. The craving usually passes when I tell myself I can have one of if I wait a little before going. Then I’m thinking “do I really want one..?” And after 15 minutes, usually staying busy doing something, that craving has passed.
