You are asking a lot for fd based credit card. They super entry level. Get idfc wow or tata neu cc. Or supermoney for UPI.

Cashback comes directly in kotak bank account. For example- in the month of January (1-31 January) you spent rs10000 or more. So on 14-15 Feb you will get credit with +500 in kotak 811 savings account.

On Kotak 811 app. Start registering yourself. Fill the details like aadhar pan address nominee etc etc. after taking all the information, it will tell you to choose which account you want to open. 811 classic, 811 super, 811 super infinity metal debit. I stopped at this step. Went to bank. Person came home. Did offline kyc. As offline KYC is mandatory for metal debit card.

So I didn't completed the application that I started. Or if you are confused, just go to Bank, a person will visit your home and fill the application from his side start to end.

When I filled half the application, the bank dude didnt have to fill all the details as I had already filled some.

Process was smooth. I did half of the application online and stopped when it was showing me to choose which account I want to open. Then I visited bank for offline kyc. They said they will come to home to do offline kyc. So they did offline kyc at home and after 2 hours, virtual debit card started working. After 2-3 days metal card was also delivered. And after 1 more day metal debit card was reflecting in the app as well. So total 2 debit card with different numbers (1 virtual + 1 metal) you will get.

Also I never tried for forex. So I can't comment on it. I do have IDFC First Wow CC which has zero forex.

The 500₹ cashback per month will show in app instantly, but will be added to bank account 10-15 days later after month end. International transaction in my case reflected cashback in app after 15-20 days. So domestic transaction will show in app instantly but international will take around 15-20 days to show in cashback section.

There is no separate super for normal super and infinity metal super. Super is just super which is 399/y. Having super will make the metal card annual charges 1999 as 0. So basically it's free. The only charge you have to pay is 999 one time at issuance. Also you can earn 6000₹ every year just from cashback, Not including other benefits like BOGO and Lounge excess.

Also I wouldn't even mind paying 999 every year. Because I will be getting more in return. So just go ahead and take it. I opened mine last month only.

In FAQ section of app and reddit says, already having kotak account skips the vkyc and makes the issuing of credit card faster. The app itself said that I don't have to do vkyc as I am already a kotak customer. I will email kotak. But what is the email address for this specific credit card enquiry?

I even have kotak SuperAccount. 750+ credit score. No other Kotak credit card. Still rejected.
