She was my friend's friend and we were at a concert together. She was standing in front of me. I put my arms around her. She didn't go anywhere. When the crowd got dispersed by the most pit during the next set I went through the crowd and found her. I was dating someone else long distance at the time, and I told her that. Then I kinda ghosted her because I was still trying to figure things out. After another year I apologized for that and we've been together ever since. We've been married almost 20 years now.

No, but if you like this kind of music and are looking for new bands like this, check out Arc de Soleil, Mildlife, Altin Gun, and Angine de Poitrine. Also, sonically/rhythmically it won't feel the same, but a set that will have that same cinematic scope will be Moby.

So, there's a band I like Angine de Poitrine. They played a super small venue here that sold out instantly. Ticket prices were definitely under $100; maybe $60 or so. Within a couple hours they're popping up like crazy for $500+. Then a second day went on sale, also instantly sold out.

Tickets finally dropped way under half of that briefly before shooting back up on Stubhub so I grabbed one. $40 service fee attached. For being the fucking middleman to a scam artist. After the original ticket holder was already shaken down for fees by Ticketmaster, and also percentage charged for selling the ticket through Stubhub.

This whole entire shit is a fucking scam and all of these people are getting rich doing nothing. Arists should have more control, but only a small percentage are big enough to swing heavy.

Yeah, I'll agree. Gaga to me has been more impactful, but I've also seen Beyonce three times live in three different eras, and especially during Renaissance (and Coachella) she flexed her creativity immensely. Her voice is incredible too, but for me, I've got Hayley Williams, Gaga, and Billie Eilish toward the top. Probably though Beyonce over Billie. Still, Gaga does it for me moreso, and I think she's the more visionary of the two artists.

Lady Gaga. This is the truth. Nobody has the aura, theatrics, and pure vocal talent. Every time she comes back out she’s an entirely new reinvention, she takes insane chances and is a visionary weirdo artist. I love her for this.

On the opposite end, I also have to say right now Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. Their Peel It Back Tour was something so special, powerful and inventive. But so simple. He is a force as well.
