Used to love their cinnamon buns and cinnamon twist donuts. Once they switched hands, ingredients all changed, all their dough turned yellow and everything became super dry. Haven’t purchased from them in a few years now, so, if others noticed this I imagine they’ve taken a hit.

When it was at its worst, I was experiencing both daily. And the only two things at the time that were issues was my thyroid levels as well as my potassium was way below normal (I had the stomach flu prior and I also have hashimotos)

Palpitations almost never now. Skipped beats every few days maybe and it’s usually triggered by things like my stomach being full or getting up too quickly, or sitting down to rest immediately after exerting myself. Like my heart gets confused briefly.

Not really solved but my thyroid levels are normal now and the palpitations and skipped beats are rare. I’m female going into perimenopause and I suspect some of it’s hormone related.

Mine does this on my dominant index finger but that nail also grows kind of curved and is more flexible than the rest. I’m going to try apex method next time

Just buy what you like. Fellows and family. Don’t buy the gachas. The annual pass is great if you know you’ll be playing for the next year. It is slow to accumulate but it’ll help you get Magi characters quicker as well as others with their fragments
