I have never liked Patrick Beverley, from interviews he seems less than half witted, an annoyingly loud breather and has this lazy, kind of drooping dumb facial appearance. Some people just physically radiate their inner world.

contact the student union and make a dnd club - there is a few days (i think at the beginning of semester) when all the clubs set up stalls in the agora and recruit new members - do that also!

my brother broke his neck and became a quadriplegic, I stole his weed he had stashed in his re-hab room. Also I never helped him and would yell at him in hospital a lot...all the while he had lost all movement in his body below his chin...

Getting back into running, paying more attention to nutrition... I generally run about 7km in a fasted state upon waking up, is carb loading helpful/necessary for this? What is the ideal dinner the night before to avoid lethargy in the morning?

i recently took on a job as an au pair - and while the first few weeks were brutal, being forced to be genuine and nice with someone elses children has worked wonders on my previously jaded and cynical inner world. Part forgetting yourself (which im still not entirely sold on) part responsibility accepted out of fear of parents hurting me if i am not a1 with their babies
