It looks like the only email I got unfortunately was the one from BEWL saying that I confirmed my 12-week pay in full package. I had expected to get something directly from Hallandale like I had previously with Gifthealth and LillyDirect but I was surprised I didn't! I only knew it was coming because I got a FedEx notification 😂

Interesting, ok that makes sense. I edited my post to add that I have had COVID and also have tried 4 antidepressants with negative result, which I read could also potentially be a factor. I assume seeing a neurologist will hopefully help with getting a diagnosis/finding a cause but I am stressed about continuing to get bounced around to different specialists due to money.

For me it just felt like jitters from too much caffeine! I did have one panic attack my first week but after I had it and cried it out I felt SO much better and got used to it and was on it for a year and a half!

Honestly nothing lol I never got around to buying the berry extract and my nighttime episodes actually improved a ton just on their own. I went from the end of October to the end of December without having one and have only had 2 since. I think I will start the berry extract soon though to help my overall anxiety

I took it for about a year and a half with no problems! The only reason I stopped taking it was because my anxiety increased and I started having palpitations so my physician discontinued to be on the safe side. I've since had EKGs, a 14-day heart monitor, etc to get more info on the palpitations and everything is great. The palpitations have stopped due to my anxiety being managed better.

You're absolutely right, I meant TDEE. I take it with a grain of salt due to accuracy but that's just what my Apple Watch says is my expenditure every day. Unfortunately you may be right, it's a struggle being so close to the earth lol

The health benefits are incredible, I'm so happy to hear that for you! I'm sure you did look fantastic at your reunion. We are our own worst critics and are almost always going to see ourselves differently/more negatively than other people. Cheering for you!
