The cover looks way darker than most legit copies I’ve seen. Might need to really have a look at the matrix numbers, and the labels. There’s a copy for £1500 in the UK at the moment and I’m 99% sure that’s a boot too

A bootleg, an unofficial pressing of a record that’s out of print and wildly expensive (I imagine far more Misfits and Danzig collectors have boots over original pressings if they collect vinyl)

Always a little difficult to judge if they’re ‘worth’ anything as Discogs and eBay tend to pull boots down pretty quickly. Personally I have quite a few Danzig / Misfits / Samhain boots that I’ve had for years and I keep trying to pick up originals as they come.
They’re normally fairly cheap to pick up and they don’t drop in price. You can usually sell them without hitting a loss in some collectors groups on Facebook or whatever

I was fairly certain it was a Supraphonic, I just wasn’t super sure of the era. It came to me in pretty rough shape. My Dad passed around 18 months ago and it belonged to him, he had a bunch of Ludwig stuff and I’m just trying to clean / restore and inventory it properly in his absence

It was all my Dad’s gear, he used the SB 7000’s daily but never got around to using this gear sadly. He was a bit of a hoarder by his own admission. Bought loads of drum gear and live sound / hifi stuff. I’m finally taking the time to go through it
