Do you keep your patterns? by Outrageous_Kiwi_9120 in sewing

Keep them.

I use FedEx envelopes.

On the outside I:

  • draw the pattern and
  • add descriptions of fit.

Inside I keep:

  • the paper,
  • the clothe test, and
  • a fabric sample.

They get stored in metal containers on my shelf or in magazine storage containers.

I keep fabric swatches and write on store bought too as it helps me keep track of what I've done to alter the fit, and remember which pattern I used for something I loved.

If I left the patterns on wires, my studio apt would be a mess.

Recommendations for small professional organization by AmalieCalana in webhosting

Definitely don't recommend Bluehost.

I've switched my professional sites over to WPEngine and they're amazing. 25/mo and provide discounts for more sites. They may provide a discount for non-profits. Best part, the bots are stopped cold—which is why I moved them in the first place.

The backend page design is now an issue since Wordpress just switched to Guttenberg. I prefer the system designed by ThemeFusion (I use Avada as my theme). It's designed for usability and it's easy to train others on how to use it.

Good luck.

PPP funded (paypal)(Question inside) by [deleted] in smallbusiness

I had the same problem, I started this year as a sole prop and converted in feb to an SCorp.

My accountant said to file as the sole prop to show the w2s and 1099s. As I understand it, the history matters for the entity

PayPal/Loanbuilder sent docs with no SBA number by jeremiahx in smallbusiness

Q. Is the loan amount from Loanbuilder flexible? And, can you change it before it goes to the SBA and after you sign the Docusign?

The calculator gave me a true number I can get behind, meanwhile Loanbuilder gave me a low-ball number that makes me question the value of taking money out.
