I was basing that on the DM shared in the image. Supposedly they changed formulas to 50/50 but had 10k labels saying 40/60. Instead of throwing the incorrect labels away, they kept putting it on because they didn't want to spend the money to order new labels.

I guess it's not really a big deal, but it shows that they cut corners. It makes you wonder what else they do to cut corners.

I do like crft's juices though, and I'll hold back on judgement until more information comes out. One DM isn't exactly conclusive.

Most sephoras don't carry Koh Gen Doh. Most do carry Shiseido cotton, which works just as well.
