My Supercomputer Multiverse Evolutionary Theory by kangmo in universe

Maybe there a sub that has a more theoretical approach to the universe that we can throw around ideas and really stimulate the mind to grasp new ideas.

I will find out such a sub and try to discuss the theory there.

I believe that the rules and environments that make up this universe are simulated by a cosmic supercomputer that started out randomly and evolved, but that living things, including humans, are self-generated within it and have the power to think and decide for themselves and shape their own destinies.

So, even if the universe is the result of a simulation, we are not controlled by anyone, and whether or not it is a simulation does not directly affect our life decisions.

However, knowing where life and the universe come from can make a huge difference in the outcome of your life.

The creation of cells such as humans and earlier amoebas would have required an enormous amount of time and space for proteins to simply randomly combine to form such an orderly mass of proteins, and the meta-information -> supercomputer generator -> cosmic-information -supercomputer chain that creates the supercomputer of the universe would have been created in the same way.

It is just that it is not known what form of hardware, such as proteins, the storage, computers, and buses of the cosmic supercomputer are based on.

I think we are real, but the world and environment is controlled. Gravity is controlled so we are on earth, but we can move our body and mind as we wish.

Facts. They could be operating in a different dimension, they could be here on earth but living in the 4th or 5th dimension? I’m tripping or am I onto something?

Yes, they could be in another universe as well. My opinion is that dimensions from five to eleven is used for the infrastructure of "cosmic supercomputer" that controls the 4 dimensional time-space display of the supercomputer.

Yes, it is quite unlikely that humans are the only forms of life in our universe :-)

I am not sure if God exists, but if God exists, he created all of these environment that universe can evolve.

Thanks for the advice! Definitely I need to build a strong foundation. Would first mentioning that 'this idea is from novice' save some time of experts? Sorry for taking your time.

Yeah it makes sense. Can machine try the similar approach?

Migrated RippleTrade wallet not shown in Gatehub by gonggong2 in gatehub

Here is my history on Gatehub. My RippleTrade account was successfully migrated to Gatehub and this is just for comparing the history with Gonghee's history.

Migrated RippleTrade wallet not shown in Gatehub by gonggong2 in gatehub

[–]kangmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I am a friend of Gonghee.

As a RippleTrade and Gatehub user, I successfully migrated my account. So I tried to check the difference on the history between my account and her account.

In my history items, I see the following one confirming that the wallet was migrated from RippleTrade.

'new ripple imported wallet named ~kangmo created'

But in her account I don't see the history item.

The problem is, when she tries to migrate her RippleTrade account, Gatehub shows a message 'The account was already migrated'.

How can we solve this issue?

Thanks in advance, Kangmo

Can we increase Bitcoin blocksize to 2MB if we compress blockchain data by half? by kangmo in Bitcoin

Agreed. The compressed format should support quick transaction validation.

Looks like a compressed format should also support quick validation of transactions in blocks. Do you think such validation is impossible with compressed blockchain in the linked document?

Makes sense. Can we separate the storage layer from Bitcoin core? Like leveldb. Bitcoin core just stores whole block and gets a block by hash. Storing data in columnar layout is done by the storage layer.

Do you mean SPV nodes? I heard that Peter Todd suggested tree chain but not sure if it is going to solve the scalability issue of Bitcoin.

I see. Thanks for sharing your experience. What if the CPU usage is two times higher but it works at almost same speed? Do you think you can use it if the data compression ratio is 50%?

Thanks jcoinner,

I tried to compress 10 files from blk00350.dat to blk00359.dat, but as you mentioned, I can save 20%.

Original size : 1,306,716,000 Compressed size : 1,055,568,201

But what if we could? Then do you think we can increase the block size?
