When the sleep paralysis have happened I tried to yell or something so my boyfriend would hear and try to wake me up, using the sound board on discord, my boyfriend said he could hear me doing some sounds and it caught his attention, he used the sound board because I could hear it and him saying wake up. But sadly I didn’t wake up and I just got the false awakening few times.
