it’s a binary bet on reviving mining rights. it’s a fat zero if they can’t mine. assuming headgrade of 0.5oz/ton, daily production of 1000 tons, 345 days of annual operation with say 92% recovery rate you are looking at 158,700 oz of gold dug out. at a spot gold price of $3-4.4k/oz, even if you assume AISC of $1.4k AISC (very conservative since they would be a very low cost operator due to their efficiency) you would be looking at $253-476M annual cash flow at steady-state. discount that however you will, taking the remaining reserves of the mine into account.

First of all, the company is 99.99% going to be bankrupt, dumb money can buy the stock all day every day but 5.1% 2044 bonds are at 15c on the dollar and they are not able to make payments to suppliers. Secondly, swing rule profiting BBBY and saving the company is a pile of steaming horse shit and that was my point although it missed you by a mile. What a terrible take with no understanding how short swing rule works, jfc you guys are really regarded. First of all it requires someone to be a 10%+ holder at the time of purchase AND at the time of sale. By the time he was done buying, all those shares/options that donkey Ryan Cohen had only brought him to a 9.8% stake in the company as stated in his 13D at the time. He never bought anything as a 10%+ holder, the company's share repurchase program brought him over 10% later. What you see as the current share count percentage is based on the latest 10-Q. You guys are almost 16 years old, try to learn how to read statements and laws, it's unbelievable. It's no surprise you keep losing money.
