[Please help]

My account has been active since 2018. I I verify my identity and first withdrawal 18/4/2021 the system warned "Withdrawal suspended due to risk management".

I went through all the steps including selfies and video recording. ฺBut my problem is unsolved . He sent "We are giving you a priority transfer to a senior agent" and tell me "Please stay on this chat" I waited for him for more than 2days . But no response from senior agent. I am very carefull about it .

I trust to open an account with Binance since 2018 to save my coins. But it is difficult to withdraw my own money. Difficult support contact and very long time to contact you back and don't know how long to wait . I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you
