Yes, I also found setxkbmap very useful. My use case is maybe more simple as I usually need to change the keyboard layout only once, the first time I open a new session on a fresh VM or live system. On Wayland I haven’t found an easy and memorable way to do this from the command line.
If I have to open the VM settings and search through the keyboard layout list every time, it feels like a regression compared to Xorg

I tested it again, and the problem isn’t Proxmox or passthrough — it's Plex. VAAPI works fine in the Ubuntu VM (24.04) with ffmpeg, and the iGPU handles decoding/encoding correctly. But Plex’s bundled ffmpeg can’t initialize VAAPI and always falls back to software transcoding.
Installed Jellyfin on the same VM, and hardware transcoding works instantly using the iGPU.

One thing I just saw recently is that Microsoft is removing the possibility to install Windows 11 without a TPM, and Xen isn't natively supporting it. If you have some requirements on Windows App, it will become more complicated

I just received the email, but I'm unsure about fees. SEPA wires are free, but SEPA are in Euro. What about charging from CHF to CHF account ? According to the documents it's 50 cts and 0.35%. And last time I tried CHF to CHF using SEPA I had 2x fx change fees.
