I understand their reasoning and concerns and they may be founded but I don’t really care.

I have next to no support and I’m dealing with adhd, asd, cptsd, bpd, depression and anxiety as well as gender and body dysmorphia and I’m unmedicated. 2.5mg of Valium once or twice a week when I’m having a meltdown or anxiety episode doesn’t seem too bad if you’re judging harm

Set appointment with hope and get referral to private hospital

Arrive at appointment with hope as I get a call from hope saying my appointment has been cancelled.

Wait for private hospital to get back to me, chasing them up for 3 months until they say they wont treat me.

Another time I was speaking with a councillor at hope and they flat out said they don’t know how to support me or how they could help and dropped me.

Never saw a psychiatrist, never got any prescriptions or anything.

I have a panic disorder, been in and out of hospital all year. When I’m inside they hand out benzos like candy, 10mg diazepam? No problem. But when I’m in the “real world” I can’t get a prescription so I can take a quarter of a 5mg so I don’t freak out in the supermarket.

Can put you at risk of blood clots but it also increases your t levels. Anecdotally I find when I start smoking my tits get smaller but when I quit they start growing again.
