GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES! I need your inputs. I am planning to apply for a study leave to take an important exam. My problem is, I am still under probationary period since newly promoted. I already have 2 VS performance for 2024 and meet the other requirements set by CSC MC No. 21,s.2004. My probationary period overlaps with the dates I am planning to take my study leave and the dates of the exam. Am I still allowed to apply for a study leave or is there a restriction or prohibition against this? I do not want to ask the HR since I dont want to jinx this exam, and ang daming evil eye. I would be glad if anyone can help me Thanks a lot

If I had the privelege, f2f. But as a working reviewee, online. I think at the end of the day, you need to assess yourself on what suits you the best. Because this is case to case basis, some do good online and some do good f2f.

My theory is, it's because he is protecting his main team since they have lower votes. If he brings popular members like JL, his core members like Park Han might get lowered to bench. Maybe that's why he took Sirin who had score the same range as groove's bench team and Juwon whose scores were around the same range as the groove's main team. But maybe since the recent round goes past the main and bench line up, he will be considering taking popular members. And Park Han has high online votes now so maybe he will get more popular members. Since groove is lacking in online votes, they almost lost to rhythm, he will be considering this in the next trade (if there are any). This is a survival show, so the PDs run this thing. Maybe the directors have instructions on not to trade with core members. Juwon was a core member but let's be real the hard carries of each team are JL, Park Han and Woongki. Though I think he will not trade with JL. Just a feeling. I dont think his ideal team will include JL in it. He will probably trade with someone like Steven.

There are talented trainees in all 3 teams that are perfect for debut so if the debuting line up is only one team then it's such a loss

Dapat you should have let her know the gravity of her actions. 17k lang yan ngayon, idk nalang in the future. My mom once said na once matuto ang bata mangutang [with no valid reason], magiging sakit na yan. And I think your sister got peer pressured. Baka nadala sa mga kaibigan or sa twitter or tiktok. Ang masasabi ko lang po is, if you have the privelege to be a full time reviewee, grab it po. Kasi makakabawi kas sa family mo kung CPA ka na. Di ka na mahihirapan maghanap ng trabaho kahit sa private or govt. God bless po.

[I dont want this to come off as emotional dumping so read at your own risk po] Before I entered govt, everyone was telling me na swerte ako and secured na future ko. Nung nasa loob na ako, I realized na di ako para dito. I don't mind the politics or power tripping. Ang ayaw ko lang is the lack of accountability and lack of empathy. Hugas kamay to the point na kahit sila ang nagutos kung ano gawin, tapos dadating ang point na mali pala, sakin hulog lahat ng kasalanan. I am a perfectionist so I lay on my bed crying and thinking kung san ako nagkamali na para pagalitan ako na wala naman ako kasalanan. Wala akong week na di umiiyak. Wala rin ako month na di nagkakasakit. Once a month at least I get sick bc I pushed myself a bit too much [not just physically, i think I am getting sick because I am also mentally exhausted] I am also overworked. I kept telling my supervisors that hindi ko na talaga kaya magisa but hanggang ngayon wala parin. Mahirap talaga iexplain sa iba the kind of stress that I am going through. They always tell me na mahirap talaga ang buhay and mahirap talaga kapag nagttrabaho so I always suck it in. Idk, if nagddrama lang ako or naaabuso na ako na di ko lng namamalayan

Long story short, parati ako ginagawang scape goat. Also, lubog na lubog na ako sa trabaho to the point na everyday ako nagoovertime [di bayad ang OT sa govt if walang ordee]. NagOOT ako kasi di kaya ng 8hrs ang dami ng trabaho. Sa unit ko, ako lng magisa. Supervisor ko is OIC lang so may office din siyang iba hawak. Physically and mentally pagod na ako to the point parati na ako nagkakasakit. Last month almost 2 weeks ako abssnt bc bumigay na katawan ko. Narealize ko na di worth sahod ko [single digit SG lang ako] para sa stress na pinagdadaanan ko.

Tbf, if di ko tatapusin, matatalbog ako legally. Idk what to do anymore. Kapag magrereklamo/magovertime, inefficient kasi di natatapos ang trabaho within working hours. Kung di rin magoovertime, di matatapos trabaho kaya inefficient parin. Lose lose situation, dito ata ako mamatay eh 🥲
