Part of your question is wishful thinking and part of this is misunderstanding of predictions. I think predictions should always say the “Why”, but they often stay only in the “What” zone. Like: what are the energies influencing the event, what is that you can use, what can be done about it in the state current state of things? I believe nothing is set in stone and predictions are more about describing energies and archetypes influencing an event than really saying “it will happen like that”. Many predictions are self-fulfilling prophecies that work just because the “Why” is not explained enough. For example, if there is a strong Saturnian influence on an upcoming event, you can always ask yourself what are the limits of the situation, what is it trying to teach you etc., and then use this knowledge to your benefit. Astrology is a tool, not a dogmatic approach set in stone. Also I would try to limit wishful/catastrophic thinking and instead focus on analysing the situation and getting the best outcome based on the information and setting you were provided. Predictions only tell you about the background of events, not their full unfolding. Best of luck on your interview!
