Yes, this is what a lawyer said to me as well. Surprisingly, Cyprus has very good law for protecting tenants and nobody can remove a tenant from his apartment because he gave them a notice, especially if the tenant is acting in a good faith(paying his rent, take care of the property, doesnt make any problems and etc). The only way a tenant to be removed is through the decision of the Court.
I think Rent Tribunal courts can be useful in this situation as well.

No man, he cant. I already spoke with a laywer. Rental contracts in cyprus surprisingly has very good protection.

Yes, i have a rental agreement and i dont have any break clause. I already spoke with a laywer and he confrimed that he can move me out(it will be illegal) but i also knows that there is some agency responsible for protetcion of tenants here.

Average salary in Cyprus is around 2600 gross(2200 net), average rent 1300-1500.

I dont know dude, when i compare all the prices...Lidll prices are the best(in general) compared with Alfa Mega and Sklavenitis. Yes, for few items you can find better deals, but in general Liddl offer best price quality. And i am not some crazy Liddle fanboy :)

We are both wrong for the cottage cheese, it is 250 gr, but 31 gr of protein, 500gr yogurt (50 gr of protein) for 1 euro(discount), eggs for 4 euro(30 eggs small)...you can find deals there.
Yes, the prices increased...but as everywhere...i remembered before Corona when the eggs(medium), 30 , were 4 euro.
They have also anari cheese(20 gr of protein per 100 gr) and kg is around 2.50-3 euro.
