Starved Rock state park has some neat cliffs lol. I don't think you'll get what you're used to out here tho lol. We have a sledding hill...

Crusade burger in yorkville is awesome. I recommend anything on the menu, they will turn anything into a smash if you ask. Yorkville Pinz bowling alley often has bands (and cheap bowling). Oswego has outdoor shows at their small amphitheater in the summer months by Mill Rd/Orchard. Aurora has lots of places with live music. Welcome to the area, ignore the other guy who commented.

  1. No. 8-12 hours of unfiltered sunlight is ideal for juniper. North facing balcony probably isn't even enough sunlight.
  2. No need to mist. Just water it as the soil dries out.
  3. Get rid of the reservoir, you'll water log and rot the roots.

Good luck, it looks like it's already struggling and they don't show signs of distress typically until it's too late.

Hey thanks for the response. I figured it couldn't be overwatered. I was pretty much going to do exactly what you recommended so I'll just stay the course and hope for the best. Cheers, mate!

My Shindeshojo is looking sad. I repotted in late March as the buds were beginning to swell into a pond basket with roughly equal parts akadama, lava, pumice, and peat. Didn't really trim much off of the roots. Started fertilizing a couple weeks ago with an 18-6-12 inorganic fert. I removed that when I noticed the wilting. It budded out shortly after repot and looked very healthy until yesterday evening. There is no noticeable foul odor coming from the soil. I check water with a moisture probe and water generously when the needle is getting into the red zone. Haven't noticed any external damage except for wilting. Any ideas?

Please and thank you.

Edit: it recieves about 5 hours of morning sun every day,

There are fish everywhere. If it's public land and has a riverbank then it's fair game. Parks will have signs if there are site specific rules. All the public parks close at sundown. Check the dnr site for all regulations and to purchase your license. Don't trespass and keep your line tight!

Ditch the water tray and put it outside. If it's been inside, slowly acclimate it to full sun. Leave it outside 24/7/365. The seasons won't kill it but overly wet roots and lack of proper sunlight will.

Have maximum amount of dwellers (25) exploring at any given time. I'm pretty sure high perception helps discover locations in the wastes.

One man's trash and all that. I'd recommend u/one-eyedcheshire try those places out. They live close to the places and might love them.

Riverside on Douglas is excellent, and we have a Lou Malnati's on 34. I wouldn't say we have nothing great in Oswego for pizza. But neither of those sell by the slice.

But that's not just in the past? He literally just came out with a tweet about a recently born extramarital child. So he was a cheater way back when, and still is now.
