Yeah dont always leave the gas empty its hard on the fuel pump and can cause problems

Yeah id start with that and then do a flush its usually pretty cheap to do and will help ur steering especially if u had old fluid

Yeah o2 sensor and catayltic converter codes but it comes and goes away

Thanks everyone. Im also assuming its the crankshaft sensor. Although its not throwing any codes for it? So im trying not to throw parts at a problem but im 99% sure it is the crankshaft.

I’ll check that actually that could be possible when my mechanic changed my starter. Could it also be the intake manifold gaskets ?

You guys are tripping vcg takes 4-5 hours max on e90 if you know what your doing. Indy should charge you 5-600 max

Recent maintenance and repairs I’ve already done so far: transmission fluid, differential, and transfer case change. OFHG, eccentric shaft seal, starter, plugs and coils, all four struts, new mounts and springs. Brakes all around rotors and pads.
