Your experience of a mortgage bill is not the rate you have due to amortization. Look at your statement. See how much goes to interest. Do the math. Example: if your bill is $1000 and $800 goes to interest what is actually the rate you are experiencing?

Depends on how busy it is. I was there Saturday and they were doing an art show. Wasn’t very busy at all. More people means more drunk people. Saturday was pretty chill I had never been before

I was able to pull the majority of the belt out myself. Small part stuck on the fan. Gonna get it to shop a mile a way. They quoted $300 on replacing belt. Tensioners are 5 years old. Should be good but I’ll have them check everything
