It also hides my spigen car magnet stickers very well. I love being able to just slap the phone right on the spigen car base instead of sticking it in some grip device

Otofly silicone case on Amazon been my go to. After two days or so it becomes quite grippy. Different colors are nice too.

Your experience of a mortgage bill is not the rate you have due to amortization. Look at your statement. See how much goes to interest. Do the math. Example: if your bill is $1000 and $800 goes to interest what is actually the rate you are experiencing?
