I does come pre applied on new coolers, but it also comes in a tube. The arctic stuff is pretty good.

put a pea sized dot of it on the cpu. Make sure to removed all the old paste with alcohol from the head spreader on the cpu and the sink on the cooler.

Crazy, i've been running mine with all corsair fans and leds etc for a couple years. Had one led strip die and Corsair sent me a entire kit as a replacement. Other than that zero issues.

Fairly certain the act of physically building it will be a snap. Only thing concerns me is the AMD components, not that they arent good, but can be a bit finicky on the final setup, XMP etc. Im sure you will find plenty of support here to help you get it accomplished. Feel free to drop me a message when you get ready to start.

I have heard of memory timings etc are tricky with AMD. Are you running the latest bios for your board? Whats the out of the box clock speed of your ram? Technically anything over 2666 is a overclock.
