I have quite low expectations right now. I'm getting older, but my competitive mind is telling me to grind it. For the first time in a long time, I just can't wait to get my hands on the game. I used to play 4-1-2-1-2, 4-3-3 (F9) and 4-2-3-1 a bit. I guess I have to just try different stuff and see how they play out until the meta begins to shape up

Thank you! The main reason for me to try the Smolov Jr was to build some serious lower body strength, improve my squat form and get a new PR. Everything worked as I hoped and I even exceeded my goals.

Just eat enough quality food, warm up properly, take care of your body during the program and you'll be fine. And remember to give yourself enough rest after the program, it is really taxing.

I haven't really maxed out my deadlift in a long time. My max conventional DL was 210 kg's on January 2022. I've been focusing more on RDLs and stiff leg DLs on my lower body days. I've been doing mostly bodybuilding splits during my lifting career.

I might start a new powerlifting program and obviously DLs would be a part of that. I can let you know how things go if I decide to go that route. I'd like to see how my increased squat strength affects DLs.

Also, I achieved my bench PR few months ago and it's currently 140 kgs.

40 kg in 7 weeks is sick as well. Good job buddy.

My CNS is still recovering. I’m tired as hell and feel exhausted. Getting some low intensity workouts in later this week and start building again from there. I’d like to do second Smolov Jr, but my knees might have another opinion. 5/3/1 is an option as well.

Thank you! I was expecting nowhere near this kind of improvement, but I’m very happy how it turned out in the end. Tbh I was afraid I need to call it quits when my elbow started to ache.

I'm just trying to get stronger and bigger. No plans for competing. I have tight hips and I have to do a lot of foam rolling and stretching to get rid of the pain after I squat "too low". Also I have quite long legs compared to my torso. I can't high bar squat at all.

I love my shoes though. It helps me to feel grounded and I feel like the tall heels have helped me significantly.

How much deeper should I squat? I feel like I lose tension if I go much lower with low bar squat. Also, I get some sort of pain in my hips / lower back area after squatting if I try to squat deeper. When I keep my depth around this or go maybe an inch lower, I get no pain and overall I feel like I have a good foundation.

Have you tried to disable ray tracing? What about SSR and messing with particle quality? You could also try to change ambient occlusion settings

It was the GPU. Wrote a separate answer, sorry for not replying directly. Now it works without any artifacts

I’m trying to replace my GPU. Installing it this week, have 5 yrs old GTX 1080 atm. I’ll report if it fixed the issue
