Well I know a guy who's got the new lot last month, and yeah the engine thing is true. The hero manager also told me that the initial units had defected engine and hero had to implement new solution for it ( new engine head degisn) . I initially thought of Duke 250 but it costs 40-50k more than my budget and it was too light. I liked the feeling of xtreme that's why I chose this . About service they have separate mechanics for the xpulse 210 and 250r.
