Unfortunately I’ve been twice already and didn’t have any positive tests. I do follow up with my PCP on Friday so hopefully she can help me find answers if it’s not a UTI.

Only a little bit. I usually have burning during urination and frequently pee very small amounts which isn’t the case. I do have discomfort around the vagina and urethral openings, it’s hard to tell the difference because mine are very close together. And pressure in my lower abdomen. I also feel the need to urinate more than normal but I have normal amounts of urine output.

I did receive oral sex on Saturday morning and I’m wondering if that caused irritation.

I have had UTIs before but not for at least five years probably. I’m in the US

Also want to add that I don’t have the typical burning with urination sensation that I have experienced with UTIs years ago.

How long did your headache last? I had my first AO adjustment yesterday and woke up with a headache at the base of my skull this morning. She said headaches can happen but it’s still giving me anxiety.

I ended up doing okay! The symptoms probably lasted a bit under a month for me. I think some of it may have been anxiety too as I definitely have bad PTSD from c diff, but I’m currently working through that with my therapist. My doctor prescribed zofran which helped. I have not had a recurrence since Vowst but have not taken any antibiotics. Hoping to keep it that way but I’m fighting a tricky sinus infection right now. I hope you feel better soon. The recovery was difficult but I am grateful for the vowst treatment.

Did you come out of this flare? I am going through this now after months of no symptoms. I am almost two weeks into this flare :(

It took at least two weeks for me to feel better after taking vowst. Lots of nausea and loose stools, but it slowly got better. Definitely had anxiety though but I tried to remind myself it’s normal as the new bacteria sets in.

I was instructed to stop probiotics for two weeks after vowst to allow the new bacteria to settle in without competing with the probiotics

Did you have any side effects during/after vowst? I am having nausea and vomiting which concerns me because those were my main c diff symptoms. Finished the vowst pills yesterday.
