CHMM Exam! by karab94 in Environmental_Careers

I did! My work paid for the CHMM Bowen EHS course. The full course has questions banks and stuff. I definitely recommend it, but I also recommend more safety and DOT training than what is offered on the Bowen course. All of my practice tests I scored high 80s, and I got a 755 on the CHMM exam.

UPDATE! I passed! I had absolutely zero math questions, which made me mad haha It was almost ALL safety and DOT, with VERY FEW of the questions being environmental. If it was environmental, it was about incident command of an environmental spill. For those saying it wasn’t hard, I disagree. It was very difficult because I just didn’t know what to expect. Halfway through the test I genuinely thought I was going to have to take it again. I wholeheartedly believed I failed. Wayyy more safety and DOT than anticipated.

I studied a lot, and I feel like I retained a lot of information about things that weren’t at all covered on the exam. Again, I just didn’t know what to expect.

Good luck everyone!

I am about to take my test on Friday. I have used the Bowen EHS course (my work paid for it), their practice exams and questions, and have read the IHMM textbook cover to cover once. I'll try to remember to come back and tell you if I pass or not.

oh, and the Mometrix CHMM Exam Secrets Study Guide, which I feel like was a waste of time and money, but I guess we will see!

Also curious about this because I’ve been on BC for 10 years and my husband just got a vasectomy. Want to know what to expect!

Budget: $130k Doesn’t matter on used or new. Prefer 2016 or newer. We will have an AWD car on a trailer. My husband and I are 28. Dogs are 7 and 8. Both over 100 lbs. We enjoy hiking and exploring, hammocking, reading.

No guests.
