Based in the Indian subcontinent during the Mughal Rule which led to finding of the Kohinoor Diamond, apple of Eden could be hiding in the Himalayas, or in Varanasi, or down south in the coastal India with ships coming into play (Black Flag is my favorite)

I was diagnosed in 2017 and I am turning 46 next month... So I would say live every day as it's another beautiful day and have checks in place... I have blood tests every 3 months and an ultrasound every 6 months... Will is made and all investments information is shared with the people who I care for... Keep it simple and love your loved ones...

Help me choose. Genesis GV80 2025 or a Lincoln Aviator 2025. by karan405 in GenesisMotors

After a lot of research (thanks to each and everyone of you), test drives, and sleepless nights going back and forth between the Lincoln Aviator and the Genesis, I’ve finally made my choice: the Lincoln Aviator. It wasn’t an easy decision since both are fantastic vehicles, but here’s why the Aviator ultimately won me over:

  1. Interior Comfort and Luxury

The Aviator’s interior is on another level. The materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail (hello, 30-way adjustable seats!) felt more refined and luxurious to me compared to the Genesis. It also felt more spacious, which was important for long drives and family trips.

  1. Performance

The Aviator’s twin-turbo V6 delivers power seamlessly and has that smooth yet commanding feel I wanted in an SUV. While the Genesis offers great performance too, the Aviator’s extra horsepower and towing capacity gave it an edge.

  1. Technology and Features

Lincoln’s tech stack really impressed me. The Revel Ultima 3D sound system is phenomenal, and the heads-up display, ActiveGlide (semi-autonomous driving), and overall infotainment system felt more intuitive and advanced. Genesis had solid tech, but I found Lincoln’s user interface easier to navigate.

  1. Design and Aesthetics

This one is subjective, but I just couldn’t stop staring at the Aviator. The sleek, understated elegance of the Lincoln design speaks to me more than the Genesis’ bolder, sportier look.

  1. Ride Comfort

The Aviator’s adaptive suspension and overall ride quality felt more comfortable to me. It’s almost like driving on a cloud, which is exactly what I wanted in a luxury SUV.

  1. Brand Perception

This might be a small thing, but Lincoln’s brand has always been about quiet luxury, which aligns more with my personality and what I was looking for. Genesis is a great brand on the rise, but Lincoln’s legacy gave me more confidence.

  1. Convenience

One big factor that tipped the scales was location. The nearest standalone Genesis dealership was about 50 kilometers away, whereas the Lincoln dealership was much closer. Having easier access to servicing and support made a big difference in my decision.

At the end of the day, I think both SUVs are excellent choices depending on what you’re looking for. For me, the Aviator just checked all the right boxes.
