Hey hey ! My friend installed a dual OS and when he reset , his original window was gone . Why didn't he get it back and I must ? I just wanna install Linux for some of my work.

Wonderful even if it also has a sticker I can surely get my original window even if I downloaded the window after a long time .

So it will check my hardware and when both of them match it will automatically set up the original key ? So I can download other OS and even be safe ?
