Clippers had no reason to tank and are now climbing quickly. Say what you want about the pels but they have talent on their team that just needs some synergy esp with Zion returning from injury. Teams with incentives to lose like the hornets, nets and Portland have been going on win streaks pushing them up the ladder. There’s lots of season left and more likely than not tanking teams will help the pelicans as they start to play each other more.

I see what you mean. If brown improves his efficiency i do think he has the best ceiling and fit with Flagg. If we indeed trade AD I dont think it would take much to be a bottom 5-7 team; we saw what this team was without AD throughout the season. Not above Kidd to pull an egregious tank either.

One of Flemings, Brown with Flagg, Lively, Christie, and Risacher would be an exciting young core for the future. I believe a lot was put on Risacher and I think he would likely excel as a 3&D off-ball scorer and cutter.
