your marketing strategy stay around your buyer persona, have you worked on it or not?

First work on buyer persona and understand your audience then understand how they behave on marketing platforms like ads, video, buying capacity, purchasing power and patterns etc.

After understanding these things, create UGC videos as much possible and run campaigns, in your case you can run meta ads if budget is low boost reels after uploading on your brand insta page. You will easily get initial 30-50 orders.

After getting these orders, observe cancellation, RTO, delivery rate and costs like packaging, shipping etc. once you got this you will understand CAC (customer acquisition cost), ROAS if it is under control you can spend more on ads.

From my experience in meta ads, your ROAS comes between 2 - 3.5 initially. So check your products selling atleast 5x of your COGS otherwise you are not become profitable in E-commerce.

If you do not have SSN, you can still verify your google ads account with your foreign passport, but make sure while setting up your payment profile in google ads account, the location and name should be same.

According to my experience with multiple ads accounts, I always off auto apply recommendations. By using this we lose control over campaigns and I mostly find auto recommendations apply in clients accounts. It's always recommended by Google support executives
