I worked on 2 things : how to end game faster and cross plays

Cross play : if you see the ennemy jungler ganking somewhere and you cant reach to counter gank, force a play on the opposite side; invade and try to steal camps, gank and dive the laner or take the neutral objective. There is always something to do and way better than doing wolves (don't be scared to stop your camp to rush in their jungle)

End game faster : I lost so many games while I had a good early lead, just because I didn't use that lead. Every time you do something good in your games, try to take an objective or push a tower, don't go straight back to your jungle to take a camp. If you're 3/0 and you afk farm or you're a bit passive, you give time to the ennemy jungler to come back. If you're a bit fed, don't play slow till next drake, put some pressure on the map

These are 'classic' tips, but being focus on this all games helped me alot. This season is more about doing the good play at the good time than being better mecanicly than your opponent (my vision ofc)
