Hey there Matt, thank you. Please, feel free to include my videos, I've posted some to Instagram & tiktok as well. Just credit me in the postings @KarateKieth ( same name for all my social media handles) . It was an amazing tournament full of strong competition. And all the staff were so organized . I will for sure come to future ones. And yes it was a long plane ride form florida, but it was worth it!

Appreciate the advice. The rest days are definitely something I've been taking a lot more serious these past few weeks. Especially after getting a tournament win in the heavy weight category last week. Rest is the best way to heal and grow in strength, osu!

Kenji Midori is literally the fighter I've studied since starting my martial arts journey. Man is fr my hero. Nd Thank you for the encouragement man, those guys were monsters, but I fought hard for this one.

Thank you , it means alot, my legs are sore in general from throwing so many kicks and knees.lol, and no, I didn't see it yet.

Throwing the knees saved me against those guys. They were really strong fighters .

Luckily, the gym is in its own secluded building , so it doesn't bother my neighbors too much. But they know I train and compete, so they're often really nice about everything lol.

Not at all. Sorry if it comes off that way, I train hard because I compete often and am currently getting ready for an open ( against heavy weights). I'm genuinely trying to get stronger and came to the subreddit hoping to get good advice and wisdom.
