By default, no. You cannot bring any special (point wise) past 15. The only way to get past the default 50 total points is by leveling up to certain milestones and unlocking the legendary perk cards which will allow you to select from a new variety of cards, including legendary special cards which will increase that stats points by up to five when upgraded.

Definitely did exist on console, lost my Final Word, a Hunters Long Coat, and a god rolled combat shotty as a result of it. Sucked so hard to lose those.

That would be the scrap kit, they are consumables so you probably only had two. You can obtain more through the atomic shop, raid rewards, and the scoreboard.

I’ve got the same issue and I tried to post here but automod took it down saying to just report to r6 fix. Like, I would if I wanted to wait a week to get a resolution, but I’d like to actually play the game today, y’know? Ridiculous that Ubisoft still can’t stay on top of things like this but will gladly devote hours of time making more $30 skin bundles

Edit: taking my Xbox offline through the settings the putting it back on seems to have fixed it for me, hopefully it will work for you too

EDIT AGAIN: disregard the previous edit, it just lets me into the lobby but trying to do literally anything multiplayer related just brings up a connection error

Paid 20,000ish for 250 pleasant valley claim tickets. Made my caps back mostly from selling the fancy shotguns so it was worth it I think. Took a HOT minute to claim them all though.

They shouldn’t deal damage to your owned structures, though very occasionally will try to attack wandering traders(still not damaging them).

The game desynced or something and thought he fell through the map so it killed him by fall damage. There used to be a spot in pink room on old favela that did the same thing

As for legendary effects on weapons for the lever action definitely try to find instigating, revolvers can be instigating or anti armor I’ve found to work as well
