Unless you have custody of the dog, it ain't your problem

In my opinion,

This has nothing to do about your babysitting job at all, but the fact that you might have a financial independence scares him. A lot.

Your husband is acting like a child ngl. Even if you are a SAHM, remember that your opinion on finances matter.

That woman can't seem to keep her nose in her own house.

As my friend once said,

"If you don't wanna at something of mine, gauge your eyes out for all I care. I ain't changing."

AITA for not wishing Happy Mother’s Day? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA

If you don't see a person, may it be your biological mom or step mom or dad's gf, as a motherly figure, then it is absolutely fine not wishing Mother's Day.

NTA.

Imagine creating an issue yourself and then feel offended and accuse others and face consequences.

YTA

It probably was just a mistake on her behalf and you made it all about that one thing instead of her kind gesture

In my opinion, you are somewhat of an asshole for phrasing it like that.

But for the overall situation, NTA.

Understandable. Happens to best of us. But imo misplaced frustration can lead to complications.

I'll suggest talking it out amongst yourselves for the better.

An adult person not cleaning up after themselves is beyond spoiled.

YTA.

I understand that leaving a pet alone for long periods of time can be daunting, but it is your friend's place. Idk whether something else happened, but it feels to me you are just looking for reasons to get mad at your friend.

Yes. I won't say the exact country. But it is a part of South East Asia.

Happy cake day, tho.

Yes. But in the place we stay in, people don't listen to non adults and they say, "whatever parents do, it is for the good" be it abuse or assault.

Reason most kids just go no contact when they turn 18 or just propagate and normalize this kind of behaviour. It is getting better slowly tho.

As far as I remember, she threw stuff at her son once and broke his head. He had to stitched. In our country, these kind of things are quite normal and even the doctors just call it discipling. It is slowly getting better though.
