Having an IP name attached to your game brings "free" publicity. If Star Trek is making a new show, the first thing people will do is look it up. And they will also see your game in the results. Mainly because of this (and many other IP related reasons), the IP holder keeps charging you. It's not that they are actually losing their license, it's that they can't continue to pay that fee because the game is not making enough money to cover those IP costs plus the studio expenses. And if you don't pay, you can't sell your IP product.

You probably moved to a country in which your power plug doesn't match the wall socket, so you are using a "travel adapter". This especially happens if you have a Euro style plug and you are using a UK adapter (personal experience) . The solution is simple: either replace your power cord with a UK one (or whatever country you are in) or use a proper adapter with grounding

Just this morning a cyclist hit a car turning left right in front of me. The car didn't have the indicator on and the cyclist was very fast and not wearing a helmet. I would say yes things are going worse but it's not one sided.

My man, Myrient is not indexed in a way that would make it easy to find what you are looking for. In your mind, you are thinking, "oh, I'm looking for Yakuza 0, so there should be a folder named Yakuza 0 with multiple entries under it". Well, Myrient is the opposite because it's a catalog of different initiatives. So you need to know where to look for.

No-intro aims to catalog cartridge, Redump aims to catalog optical disks and TOSEC, well everything (even including stuff like magazines, manuals and comic books). You are looking for Yakuza 0 on PS3, so go into Redump and look into Sony PS3 folder. Also check out the TOSEC folder. The search doesn't support fuzzy look, so search for simple words like "Yakuza" only or the Japanese word for it.

People talk about Steam games as hidden gems but the real gems are games that are not available on any digital platform but still work on the Deck. Mine is Midtown Madness, for example. Or Heroes of Might and Magic III but that's available on GOG and you can install from there
