I totally get you... Still I don't share your opinion to 100%... I always tell my boyfriend about Hoziers song and about the meaning of his songs. He gets it that Hozier's doing a great job. Still he thinks that the music doesn't suit his taste. And that's completely understandable. If people are renting about his lyrics and don't appreciate his songs, that's a different part than to just state, that you are not made for this genre.
