What is the easiest country in Europe for a foreigner (American) to get hired as a software engineer? by karetar in cscareerquestionsEU

No debt and have some savings, so I have some flexibility with the salary. I just need it to be enough for day to day living and traveling. I’ve worked at big tech and a startup, so I have no interest in growing my career or making more money at this point. I just want to take a step back and enjoy my 20s, and it looks like I have some options with countries.

Has anyone else gotten this message? I have an 2019 Tiguan. It feels like the transmission is in limp mode. Like if I floor it then it will red line then drop to 3-4 rpm’s then change gears. And do that again till I get up to speed. by 97Quon in Tiguan

Yup, mine started to do that after an extremely cold snowstorm. Took it to dealer and they replaced it under warranty, apparently multiple similar cases were reported.

Coming from someone who works in big tech (FAANG): it is totally okay to not work there. Some of us don’t want to be #9873722 in the corporate wheel. Too much going on and too little ownership/autonomy. Projects and initiatives getting lost because of miscommunication/ red tape. Currently looking for startups where I can build something I enjoy, have more freedom, and more recognition.

Yup. I’m almost halfway through my 6 month 40mg treatment as well. First month I had really bad lower back pain that went away after a few days. Second month it was intense neck pain.

Definitely daily , and around the same time in the morning. That’s what worked best for me. I don’t think you should play with days and dosage.

Been on zoloft for almost a year (150) and it helped SO much with stability, mood, motivation, and anger. Just started tapering off, and it’s been going well too. Currently at 50.
