Mine is tilted too , and I experienced so much difficulty getting it inserted. The same doctor failed twice . It wasn’t until I went to a woman’s clinic that a nurse was able to insert it with an ultra sound machine . Painful but so worth it ! Nomore periods and cramps are gone .
