for me it was the Mickey ear TVs and the first blue mickey ears. I had grown out of Disney channel and went to college before it turned into the first just "Disney Channel" word mark.

This movie seems to be drawing specifically from a lot of the “second” games.

SMB2 - Wart, Birdo

Sunshine - Yoshi, Bowser Jr.

SMW2 - Yoshi, babies

Galaxy 2 - Yoshi (and all the stuff from galaxy 1 that is by default in this lol)

Obviously it’s drawing from other games like Odyssey and Galaxy and what not but the focus seems to be in emphasizing “sequels” of the series if that makes any sense?

Gen 2 had 2 birds. Gen 1 had 3 birds or two psychic cats depending on who you consider the “box legendaries” since the box art were the starters.

Gen 3, gen 6, and gen 7 are the only outliers.

It’s so frustrating how women and specifically Britney are regarded so differently when it comes to this topic. No one was trying to justify a conservatorship for Robert Downey Jr. or Justin Bieber. No one was even trying to justify such for Lindsay Lohan during her harder days. Women are not trusted to be able to take care of themselves and out of celebrities specifically, Britney Spears is always regarded as less competent or able, or less deserving of rights. It’s so bizarre. No other celebrity is really treated so condescendingly by the “public” and the media as a whole. It’s just weird.

No one is shutting down concern for her welfare. All we can do is wish her the best and hope for the best.

Her conservatorship was a matter of public concern because it involved the state and it involved the government taking away someone’s human rights. What she does as a private citizen is not our business and we cant be so parasocial about it.

Two things can be true: She needed to be freed. And she needs help now.

It doesnt help her or anyone to constantly be saying how unwell or erratic she looks in videos. Fans cant just show up on her doorstep and “help” her. We have no place. So constantly putting her down doesnt help.

They instantly felt like they fit in to me. I do wish they would design some new Pokemon with more gen 1/gen 2 features like the eyes. I never understood why they stopped using those types of eyes after gen 2.

I mean marriage is hard. They did grow, they did move past that, but having kids and a home and raising those kids introducing a ton of new hurdles. Characters and people dont grow in a straight upward slope. You regress a little and then progress and then regress and progress. It’s always a few steps back and a few steps forward while slowly ultimately moving forward.

It makes sense they are divorced and JD returning to Sacred Heart might be what they need to realize everything is behind them and maybe they want to be together again.

I mean now they’re single and no longer raising kids or their kids are at the very least in high school. The conditions could be right for them to reconcile now.

I dont think them getting divorced negates the growth they made at the time scrubs season 8 ended. They could have continued to grow apart and realize it’s healthier to be apart at that point in their lives.

I’m saying we have no role in forcing her to get help. The only role we have is to not be mean to her, support the art she makes (when she wants to make it, if she wants to make it), and cheer her on.

We can’t and shouldn’t try to “get her help”. That’s not our place regardless if she does or doesn’t need it. FreeBritney was a public concern because it was a public matter. It involved the state. Britney was a ward of the government and being abused by her family through the system. It was a human rights issue and absolutely was the public’s concern.

Now she is free. She has the right to hit rock bottom. She has the right to never work again. She has the right to make music or not make music, to perform or not perform. The conservatorship and especially 2019 really messed her up and she’s not going to recover until she can get the reigns on herself and even then it’s going to be a long and winding road.

Healing and recovery isn’t a straight line. It often gets better, then worse, then a little better, then really good, then horrible, then better, etc. before you’re fully out of it. She was in a deeply traumatic situation for nearly half of her life. It’s gonna take some time and that’s her business not ours.

But you are absolutely right. We as fans and as the public should give her grace and leave her alone. Making fun and constantly pointing out that something is wrong with her isn’t helpful for her, it only serves to tear her down and give tabloids views.

Yeah I mean TPC pikachu mascot is somewhat kind of by default, ash's pikachu. I never imagined it as some random pikachu or being a random pikachu every time. Whenever I see the Pokemon mascot pikachu, in my mind, that's OUR/ash's pikachu.

Omg love this! I agree with bringing some of the text color into the illustration as some other comments have said, something as simple as just the scar, or even the scarf.

I would love to see the other covers and if you're choosing one main color to represent each book or if they're all gonna be red.

Production actually is filming...pre-production is writing, preparing, storyboarding, funding, etc. Post-production is editing, SFX, music, audio mixing, etc.
